Information Technology Training for IT graduates with poor social background

AGAG Foundation is confident that many of our trainees will have a better chance on the job market as an IT professional. Yearly AGAG will select highly intelligent IT graduates with poor social background and give them a change to participate in the training program that is facilitated by different IT volunteers from divers organisations. During this training program of 3 months the students will be introduced to modules that will help them on the IT job market. Because of their social background all the trainees are supported with the help of funds and sponsors.

The modules:

  • Project management: Scrum, PMP and Prince 2
  • Soft skills: Communication, Presentation, International work ethics, Norms and Values
  • Specialisation: Software development, Software testing, Cyber Security
  • Coaching: Personal development plan, career guidance
  • Practicality: Internship

The admission criteria for applicants for the training program

  • IT university graduate with at least a bachelor in Computer Science or any Information Technology bachelor degree
  • Above average academic performance
  • Basis knowledge of IT
  • Affinity with technology
  • Hardworking
  • Motivated
  • Willing and ready to work in a multicultural environment
  • Strong in communication.

How can you help as an organisation, sponsor or volunteer?

  • You can spread the word and promote our NGO in your own network
  • You can make a donation to our Foundation or support us by:
    • a. Allowing one or more of your IT Staff to be a trainer at the training centre
    • b. Fund the training program
    • c. Adopt a trainee
    • d. Donate your unused hardware to the organisation
    • e. Join the organisation to grow
